1-1 Draw, 5-4 Loss on Penalties

This photo was taken by Max. It’s me in our penalty shoot-out. We had a 1-1 draw in our soccer GF, and then lost in the shoot-out. It was good fun. Max and Phil both have some great photos.

Yeah, great air, mate. You don’t seem to be all that close to the ball, though. Maybe it’s just the angle…

    More photos!

Woah…didn’t know you were actually the goalie…nice stuff!

ben – we did lose the shoot-out 5-4 – which means i didn’t stop any of them!!
but in the end it’s all about looking spectacular in defeat!!

matt p – yep. goalie. but only at the business end of the season. i’d rather be out running around trying to score goals… but when i played soccer years ago… i was a goalie… so i figured we’d have a better chance of doing okay in all the semis if i tried to stop them and not score them!

…The goalmouth looks like a bit of a mud pie, though.

Doubt it’s as bad as our ground!! We call it that Sahara, but with mud…

  6. David says:

you should call it the Mudhara!
