Type the following (without spaces between the characters, but included the ampersand and the semi-colon):

i actually honked one today!! it's the first one i've seen on the road on the coast - she jumped out in front of me on a round-a-bout - i almost collected it... but i braked quick enough knowing that i would have come off worse!!

You can insert a heart with Unicode 2665. I don't know how to do that on a PC though.
