After dinner the waitress came round to get orders for tea or coffee. I said "a flat white please" to which she replied "yes, but tea or coffee"!! My reply then was, naturally enough, "just make it a glass of water then thanks!". I’m not aware of any ‘good’ cafes on the coast as i haven’t spent much time scoping it out. Isn’t there a roastery just down the road from erina high?

i mainly go to erina fair… and they are all basically chain coffee stores. there is a roasting place i think it’s called caesars – i’m not allowed in – they only let in the coffee snobs!
