		<description>ps nixter.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;thanks.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;there&#039;s a few more shots to come.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;the format??&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;assuming you&#039;re talking about the collage factor... i use picasa (google bought it a couple of years ago... so you can find it in their downloads).  picasa is a great photo program.  good for sorting them... tweaking them... and making collages is easy.  download it and try it out.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;for the sizing... i resize it and/or crop it using irfanview.  picasa also does resizing... but i like irfanview... very quick.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;download them... it will tak 30 minutes of playing around... then you&#039;ll be a pro.  if you&#039;ve got any questions let me know.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;peaceout</description>
