the format??

assuming you’re talking about the collage factor… i use picasa (google bought it a couple of years ago… so you can find it in their downloads). picasa is a great photo program. good for sorting them… tweaking them… and making collages is easy. download it and try it out.

for the sizing… i resize it and/or crop it using irfanview. picasa also does resizing… but i like irfanview… very quick.

download them… it will tak 30 minutes of playing around… then you’ll be a pro. if you’ve got any questions let me know.
