One of Jim’s observations of great business (and social sector) leaders is not only a will and drive for the cause but a character of humility. A level 5 leader:

we’ve been into jim collins for a while (at ccec).
we spent a bit of time thinking through some of his thoughts from the social sectors supplement on staff conference last week. very good!!!
