correct answer is ultimo at dusk.

(well at least i think it’s ultimo – it was near the abc studios which are in ultimo!)

I was going to say it was in Haymarket, but I decided to go with the title.
My dad used to park his car near there (and that is used as a car park too) when he worked in the city at central. And the capitol theatre is just up the road behind where the picture was taken from. Just for some random information.
