The best and most efficient way to stay up to date with blogs and news sites is RSS. What the heck is RSS? It stands for Really Simple Syndication.

Basically, rather than visiting websites waiting for them to be updated, you subscribe to them and let them come to you! See below for more details.

Yeah, FeedDemon has an offline program that syncs up to a web based feed you can also view.
