One of the best ways to reach the world with the good news of Jesus is to train Pastors. I have a number of friends who have been involved in doing this in short-term stints in India and Africa with great fruit. My sister and her husband (Jen & Martin Shadwick) are taking a team over in about a week to teach a stack of Indian Pastors using Moore College notes. It’s really exciting. We write to let you know about an exciting way in which you can partner us as we go to India next week to train pastors from across the south of India.
We will be spending 2 weeks in India with 3 students from Newcastle Christian Students. Leaving Saturday 6th Feb and returning the 21st Feb (the 22nd is the beginning of O-week!!!). We are going in partnership with The Indian Gospel League. This organisation is doing amazing things in India – particularly in the area of Church Planting (1000s of churches a year!!).
The first week will be spent training pastors in Salem from the book of Ephesians (Moore College Preliminary Theological Certificate). Martin will be doing the majority of the lectures with 2 of our students teaching one unit each as well. We will all be involved in leading small discussion groups that are based around the lectures.
The second week will be spent in Bangalore and we will be teaching Old Testament 1 (Moore College Preliminary Theological Certificate).
The pastors who come to spend the week with us – will often be travelling long distances to be trained more thoroughly in the bible. We would love to sponsor pastors so that they are not needing to pay anything to attend the course. We think there will be about 50 pastors and the cost for each (on average) is about $100. So far we have raised enough for 25 of these pastors. But would love you to help with the remaining 25 (thankyou if you have already supported a pastor!!). We hope to have all money raised by Wednesday so that we have time to transfer the funds to the Indian Gospel League.

During our annual convention meetings I was staying in a lodge in Rapelli,Guntur District AP. From the balcony I just peeped down the street, here I saw two little girls dirty and barely clothed searching for food in the gutter waters of the lodge. This water was an open drainage for the entire street. Such was their hunger and desperate need; these girls were searching for something to eat in black gutter waters. To my anguish I saw one of the girls find a gooseberry from those dirty gutters. She just wiped it in her clothing and started to eat. Latter these children moved to a near by open trash can where there were some pigs searching for food. These girls also joined along with them searching something to eat. My heart was broken and burdened for these children. I enquired about them from the lodge manager and found out that they belong to a particular community called Yanadhi community. Immediately I sent my assistant to get more details of this community. I also personally went to the hamlets where they lived.
In twenty First century in modern era where India is marching towards great economical freedom this community people have never been to school. They live on the river banks and canals of Andhra. They hunt rats and fish for survival. The male folk plant coconut trees for rich landlords. They live in a very unhealthy and unhygienic situation. Pigs and people live together. And they are treated as untouchables in the community. Most of the children had sores and unhealed wounds in their body. Immediately we went village after village talking to the village heads to send their children to school. Some of the village heads refused to send them to school saying if their children went to school instead of catching rats it will be a curse on the community. We started a home with a passion for these children and to see their lives transformed, now there are more than 25 children in this home under the care OF US.
For the first time this children sleep on mats, have pillows, use tooth brushed, wear slippers, watch television, drink safe water, wear good clothes, go to school in dignity and above all get to know there is a loving Savoir behind.Please pray for this kids and our good work for the lord.Brothers and sisters Please tell to your friends and family about this home.We are looking up your prayer and kind visite with mercy help in christ.May the blessings of the lord be with you all allways Aman Aman Aman

Our vision is to motivate and create change of standard Christian Book to be avail for less privileged of poor villagers, Urban, Tribal and migrated tea plantation workers as renewal of Christian faith for their soul as it is precious in the sight of god. And make them to be a disciples for Christ to reach un- reached.
We were able start our work between the gypsy tribal and interior villages, since 1977. We planted 27 worshiping groups in different villages. We gave the glory to God for His enabling strength to us to carry the gospel to the unreached.
Both my wife and I started to preach the gospel to the gypsy tribal and to interior villagers group. Whenever they look at us on the streets they use to say ‘look Jesus is coming’, they were in such an ignorance, but as we are keep on preaching the gospel, the Lord started working in wonderful way – touching the people and healing them from their stomach tumor and eye bleeding and touched the barren women to have child. With two members a worship group started in the interior village. The Lord opened many hearts to receive Him as their savior. Now we have 75 people altogether. Likewise worshiping groups has been formed and every worship group has no church building but they gather in one of the believers’ home. We need the church buildings, but the daily wages people are not able to afford for it, while they are looking to us the crippled beggars was looking at the apostle’s, Peter and John expecting to meet their daily needs. We do invite you to come forward to assist us building churches.
We request young people from the tribal groups to surrender their lives to serve the Lord. Hence we are giving training to these young people, so that they can take care of small churches that are started in the villages. Many young people committed their lives to God’s work, but due to lack of facility and funds we are not able to give official training. The reason we are waiting and looking to the Lord for His church and His people is to involve in such training. Please do pray for the resources and to continue the bible school, so that the churches that are established in the villages will have sufficient pastors and evangelists. The Principal object of the trust:
1. To establish fellowships and church meeting to teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every people according to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ (Mat 28:16 )

13. To grant relief and assistances to the needy victims during natural calamities such as drought, earthquakes and floods and to provide support to institutions, individuals engaged in such relief work.
14. To produce documentary films audio visuals print and circulate spiritual, educational, materials on human rights child rights, women issues environment, social, spiritual and cultural subjects for the benefits of the general public’s.
15. To promote establish support, maintain or grant aid to institutions for the promotion of science, literature, music, drama and fine arts, preservation of historical momunements and for the research on archeological sites in India.
16. To address the ardent issues of HIV/ AIDS by conducting extending prevention care and supportive service in collaboration with like-minded individuals, NGO’s, government, semi-Governments, hospitals and other Organizations dealing with this issues.
17. To promote communal, Spiritual harmony among all for peaceful co-existence according the biblical teachings of Jesus Christ.
18. To promote self-groups among young women and men for self reliance and sustainability.
19. To promote legal awareness among the down-trodden people for their basic human- rights.
20. To conduct any other activities WHICH ARE INCIDENTAL AND CONDUCIVE TO THE OBJECTS AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
The board of trustees
The Board of trustees shall comprise not less the 4 and not more than 7 at an y times including the founder trustees. The founder trustees shall hold office for life.
The Board of trustees may appoint one amongst them as the chairperson of the trust.
Appointment of managing trustee
The trustee shall be entitled to appoint one trustee from amongst themselves as the “Managing Trustee” With such power and for such period. The managing trustee shall at all times during faithfully employ himself/herself therefore and carry on the same for the greatest advantage and efficient management of the trust
The Managing Trustee shall get maintained regular accounts of the trust funds and shall get same duly audited by a qualified auditor.
The Managing Trustee shall have the custody and control of all document of title to the properties of the trust and all other documents, accounts and other papers, relating to the trust and the same shall be open to inspection by any trustee on reasonable notice during office hours of the trust.
POWER AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
The board of trustees shall hold the said sum of Rs 10,000/- and all other funds, money and properties , moveable or immoveable which is received by the trust hereafter either by way of donation , subscription,gifts,income,rent, interest, dividends or otherwise.
Trust property shall be utilized for the purpose of integrated Development among the downtrodden people and all the other social and charitable activities irrespective of consideration of any caste, creed, community or religion.

Our goal is to complete His project through the 80 partial gifts of 80 God’s people or through the many partial gifts of many volunteers and donors.
A. 80 God’s people x Gifts $2000 each, per 1000 Sq ft. land
B. 160 God’s people x Gifts $1000 each, per 500 Sq ft. land
C. 320 God’s people x Gifts $500 each, per 250 Sq ft. land
D. 800 God’s people x Gifts $200 each, per 100 Sq ft. land
E. 1600 God’s people x Gifts $100 each, per 50 Sq ft. land
“CHURCH BUILDINGS” PROJECT
Our goal is to plant as many Native-churches as possible in a short period.
Funding to buy land at Yadgiri, Raichur, Mysore and pune for Construction of a Church Building at each location. Currently, we raised Rs. 20,000 contributed by the Indian God’s people.
We need to purchase at least 4000 Sq. fit land for each location. It costs “per Sq. fit” minimum $4-6.
Whatever your gift, either large or small, it will make a difference !
Donor Benefits
1. You help spread the Gospel and change eternal destinies by supplying Bibles for homes in India.
2. You have the satisfaction of helping a needy woman or a struggling church become self-supporting.
3. You receive the name and location of the church in India involved in this ministry.
4. You receive the name and photo of the woman receiving the sewing machine and/or the name and photo of the pastor who receives a Bike.
5. The recipients of the sewing machines and the Bike. in India promise to pray regularly for the person or family in America donating them.
6. You have the fulfillment that comes from investing wisely because the money donated is actually used three times:
* Prints Bibles.
* Provides Sewing Machines or Bike.
* Creates additional ministry through churches and individuals.
