Our BYLAWS are as follows

NAME: The trust will be known as MARANATHA PROPHETIC MINISTRIES.

AREA OF OPERATION: The area of operation of the trust will be the whole of India.

REGISTERED OFFICE: The Registered Office of the trust will be presently situated at MARANATHA BUILDING, RAGHAVENDRA COLONY, SHAKTINAGAR, RAICHUR-DIST, KARNATAKA-STATE, INDIA. -584170.and may be established or open branch office or local office at different places within the area of operation.

NATURE OF TRUST

The trust hence created is a general public charitable trust. The benefits of the trust shall be utilized for the general, public without discrimination on the grounds of castes, creed, colour, race, sex or religion

The Principal object of the trust:

1. To establish fellowships and church meeting to teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every people according to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ (Mat 28:16 )

2. To promote integrated development, spiritual awareness among the deprived and the marginalized segments of the society regardless of caste, creed, color, religion or sex through the Gospel of Jesus Christ

3. To foster moral values among these selection of people and encourage their full participation with equality in social, cultural and personal on with equality in social, cultural and personal spheres of Life.

4. To enhance literary status of children, women, men and youth through Montessori, formal, non-formal and vocational systems person of education.

5. To promote enrichment of the lives of disadvantages people through the means of Bible teaching, music, arts and other forms of expressions.

6. To enhance health status of children, women, men, youth and aged through immunization programs and to start orphanages, homes for aged on the principles of Jesus Christ teaching.

7. To establish and maintain clinics, hospitals counseling centers, de-addiction centers, rehabilitation centers, dispensaries and maternity homes to provide medical service and eradicate the problems of stress, depressions alcoholism drugs abuse and various other forms of social evils.

8. To establish, run develop institutions for the physically disabled mentally retarded person and to provide them shelter , food, clothing, education and other help.

9. To establish , run and support educational and social institutions to promote and provide the required services in the field of education among the general masses.

10. To collaborate in the development of other trust having same principal objects as we.

11. To hold and arrange Gospel meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops, study circles, research-programms exposures on various , spirituals, current educational health, social and cultural subject or conduct events other than political with the aim of promoting sustainable alternatives.

12. To promote scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals d other incentives to study without any distinction to caste, colour, race, creed and sex.

13. To grant relief and assistances to the needy victims during natural calamities such as drought, earthquakes and floods and to provide support to institutions, individuals engaged in such relief work.

14. To produce documentary films audio visuals print and circulate spiritual, educational, materials on human rights child rights, women issues environment, social, spiritual and cultural subjects for the benefits of the general public’s.

15. To promote establish support, maintain or grant aid to institutions for the promotion of science, literature, music, drama and fine arts, preservation of historical momunements and for the research on archeological sites in India.

16. To address the ardent issues of HIV/ AIDS by conducting extending prevention care and supportive service in collaboration with like-minded individuals, NGO’s, government, semi-Governments, hospitals and other Organizations dealing with this issues.

17. To promote communal, Spiritual harmony among all for peaceful co-existence according the biblical teachings of Jesus Christ.

18. To promote self-groups among young women and men for self reliance and sustainability.

19. To promote legal awareness among the down-trodden people for their basic human- rights.

20. To conduct any other activities WHICH ARE INCIDENTAL AND CONDUCIVE TO THE OBJECTS AS MENTIONED ABOVE.

The board of trustees

The Board of trustees shall comprise not less the 4 and not more than 7 at an y times including the founder trustees. The founder trustees shall hold office for life.

The Board of trustees may appoint one amongst them as the chairperson of the trust.

Appointment of managing trustee

The trustee shall be entitled to appoint one trustee from amongst themselves as the “Managing Trustee” With such power and for such period. The managing trustee shall at all times during faithfully employ himself/herself therefore and carry on the same for the greatest advantage and efficient management of the trust

The Managing Trustee shall get maintained regular accounts of the trust funds and shall get same duly audited by a qualified auditor.

The Managing Trustee shall have the custody and control of all document of title to the properties of the trust and all other documents, accounts and other papers, relating to the trust and the same shall be open to inspection by any trustee on reasonable notice during office hours of the trust.

POWER AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES:

The board of trustees shall hold the said sum of Rs 10,000/- and all other funds, money and properties , moveable or immoveable which is received by the trust hereafter either by way of donation , subscription,gifts,income,rent, interest, dividends or otherwise.

Trust property shall be utilized for the purpose of integrated Development among the downtrodden people and all the other social and charitable activities irrespective of consideration of any caste, creed, community or religion.

The president, vice president, seceratry,treasures.

Statement of Faith

We preach Christ, His virgin birth, His work, His teaching, His Curcifixation,His resurrection, His ascension, His Second coming.

We believe in trinity:

God is one , but in three persons- God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, they are three distinct persons, yet co-equal and co-eternal. Faith in the triune God is the backbone of the church(Isa 48:16, I john 5:7)

We believe in new birth,

Conviction of sins ( Acts 2:37)

Repentance from dead works and faith towards God (Acts 2:38, Heb 6:1)

Confession of sins (I John 1:9)

Reconciliation with God and man (II Cor 5:20, Mat 5:21-26)

Restitution (Luke 19:8)

Justification (Rom 5:8,9)

Sanctification (I John 1:7)

We believe in water baptism:

Water baptism administered by a spirit baptized minister in the name of triune God(Mat 28:19)this is given only to a born again child of God(Mark 16:16, Acts 19:5)

We believe in divine Healing:

Our sickness and infirmities were borne by Jesus on the cross( Mat 8:17, I Pet 2:24) He gave to His Disciples the power to heal ( Mark 3:15) divine healing is children’s bread ( Mat 15:26)

We believe in Holy Spirit baptism:

Baptism in the Holy Spirit is the endowment of power from high (Luke 24:49) it is evidence by speaking in tongues as the spirit gives utterance(Acts 2:4)

We believe in separation life (Acts 2:40)

We believe in overcoming life (Rev 21:7)

We believe in consecrated ministry, God has ordained five kinds of office in the Church (Eph 4:7)

We believe in perfection (Mat 5:48, Col1:28)

We believe in Rapture (I thes 4:16,17)

We believe in tribulation and great tribulation(Rev 12:6,13-17,Dan9:27,12:7)

We believe in resurrection ( I Cor 15:23,Rev20:6)

We believe in millennial reign (Rev 20:24)

We believe in white throne judgment ( Rev 20:13)

Our goal is to plant as many Native-churches as possible in a short period.

Funding to buy land at Yadgiri, Raichur, Mysore and pune for Construction of a Church Building at each location. Currently, we raised Rs. 20,000 contributed by the Indian God’s people.
We need to purchase at least 4000 Sq. fit land for each location. It costs “per Sq. fit” minimum $4-6.

During our annual convention meetings I was staying in a lodge in Rapelli,Guntur District AP. From the balcony I just peeped down the street, here I saw two little girls dirty and barely clothed searching for food in the gutter waters of the lodge. This water was an open drainage for the entire street. Such was their hunger and desperate need; these girls were searching for something to eat in black gutter waters. To my anguish I saw one of the girls find a gooseberry from those dirty gutters. She just wiped it in her clothing and started to eat. Latter these children moved to a near by open trash can where there were some pigs searching for food. These girls also joined along with them searching something to eat. My heart was broken and burdened for these children. I enquired about them from the lodge manager and found out that they belong to a particular community called Yanadhi community. Immediately I sent my assistant to get more details of this community. I also personally went to the hamlets where they lived.

In twenty First century in modern era where India is marching towards great economical freedom this community people have never been to school. They live on the river banks and canals of Andhra. They hunt rats and fish for survival. The male folk plant coconut trees for rich landlords. They live in a very unhealthy and unhygienic situation. Pigs and people live together. And they are treated as untouchables in the community. Most of the children had sores and unhealed wounds in their body. Immediately we went village after village talking to the village heads to send their children to school. Some of the village heads refused to send them to school saying if their children went to school instead of catching rats it will be a curse on the community. We started a home with a passion for these children and to see their lives transformed, now there are more than 25 children in this home under the care OF US.

For the first time this children sleep on mats, have pillows, use tooth brushed, wear slippers, watch television, drink safe water, wear good clothes, go to school in dignity and above all get to know there is a loving Savoir behind.Please pray for this kids and our good work for the lord.Brothers and sisters Please tell to your friends and family about this home.We are looking up your prayer and kind visite with mercy help in christ.May the blessings of the lord be with you all allways Aman Aman Aman
