I went to KYCK for the first time on 9-11th with my church’s Youth Group and had an AWESOME TIME!
It was the first time I’d heard Garage Hymnal but I’m keen-as to learn some of their stuff on guitar!
so sad my family only has dial-up internet so I can’t even download any of these free songs = (

Thanks for the song. GarageHymnal have a very different style to that which I am used to but I still enjoyed hearing them at KYCK as I did your talks on KYCK #1 . (Yes I went twice. Got to lead two different youth groups.) I could have competed for ‘person/group who travelled the furthest to get to KYCK’ on #1 as I had to come from Melbourne but as such i couldnt get there until the end of talk2.

wow… people from tassie. Im not actually from Melb. but I was down for the week for inter-uni things and didnt finish until Friday night and then I had to fly up on the first flight back to Sydney
Honestly I dont think I could differentiate between #1 and #2. They were two completely different (but still enjoyable) experiences. I was leading two completely different youth groups and it was two very different crowds but if one must, I personally would say KYCK 1 just for the amazing experience it was being my first KYCK ever
