Euthanasia in the spotlight

Euthanasia has been in put back on the agenda in Australia. The Australian Greens Party have made it their number one issue to push through parliamentary debates in the Upper House and Lower House. The good news is that there has been a number of great articles intelligently opposing euthanasia in secular press.

    Dave, don’t be rude. They aren’t communists – not even close (just ask any communist!) Nor is it going to get up (there’s a lot of inertia still within the two majors). The minor parties are always going to push for the “moral” topics because that’s the way they they get noticed.

    when i originally wrote it, i had in my head the line from keller (in this sermon http://davemiers.com/2010/08/08/arguing-about-politics-tim-keller-sermon/ ) about how having digs at Christians who vote differently to you can show a misunderstanding of the gospel.
