  1. Incredible! The guy in the red shirt and green hat chooses not to join in. But the movement grows so fast he is left with no choice. Shift or be consumed.

  2. @eugene – totally love you!

    @sally – you’re awesome!

    @cameron – there’s so many observations that can be made about that video!! oh yeah – you’re incredible!

    @sam – you’re definitely mad. here’s a better idea. you do that in chapel. and i’ll be your wing man… i’ll be in there straight away to help you kick the movement along!!

  3. Amazing how there was only one person dancing that the majority probably felt was an idiot, dancing all by himself. As another man joined him, he was probably portrayed as just another dork, trying to dance. As others joined in, those sitting and standing about probably felt compelled to join in as they saw more and more people join in. Once the masses joined in, dancing became chic & many probably felt that in order to be seen as chic, they had to dance too! Of course this all just probabilities

    (go to the 7:30 mark)

    I think this is the same guy but with different results. The take home tips here are:
    1. You might be dancing for 7mins on your own before anyone comes
    2. When they come at 7:30mins (and they are of the opposite sex) don’t slap them really hard on the bottom (especially if you don’t know them)
    3. A forced hug won’t make up for the slap
    4. They will leave.

  5. @nerdizen – true dat

    @chris #1 – i think you might be onto something.

    @chris #2 – nice find. good take home tips too. i’ve got into trouble way too many times for not heeding tip 2…. heheh
