In our youth community – SOULIES – we have a desire to LOVE JESUS; LOVE JESUS’ PEOPLE; and LOVE JESUS’ WORLD. We figure there are two key ways that we can LOVE JESUS’ WORLD: Evangelism and Social Justice (or Acts of Compassion or Mercy Ministries…). The following is a short video we put together in response to BLANKET project we did in Term 2 and a bunch of little projects we did in Term 3. Check it:
I’m so encouraged by the love oozing from our youth community. Our prayer is that it wouldn’t just be about one-off projects but would overflow into a life of showing care, comfort and compassion to those in need.
