Lalah Hathaway certainly has soul. In the video below you’ll see a really tight band and her amazing singing. But in the last quarter of the song while improvising she literally sings a chord! Not one note, but three. Not one time, but four! I’ve been trying to sing chords since I watched it yesterday, as yet I haven’t worked out how.
