Shamrock get his roll on

This is MC Shamrock (Mark Earngey) busting some rhymes with his former hip-hop crew 206collab. Mark is a good fella – he’s into old skool (liturgy and prayer books) and he’s into nu skool (hip-hop and synchronised swimming). He’s got some skillz.

Shammers has agreed to give me some hip-hop lessons – so look out!

Singing Praise to Jesus

This Sunday, I’m leading the music at church. It’s the first time I’ve done it for years! I’m looking forward to it, but I’m a bit rusty on the guitar (and voice too)… But it’s not about me – it’s such a good thing to encourage others as together we sing praise to Jesus.

I’m going with 4 songs. 2 upfront and 2 at the end.

  1. Blessed be your name
  2. Nothing but the blood
  3. How deep the Father’s love
  4. How great is our God

NiteEV Live

On 28 July 08 a couple of hundred people packed out the Avoca Beach Cinema for an uplifting night of singing praise to Jesus. The Nite EV crew have done an incredible job at pulling together their first live album: NiteEV Live.

NiteEV Live

The recording quality of the instruments is exceptional, and even though some of the vocals are wobbly at times, it only adds to the raw energy of the album. Have a listen. Click to keep reading and for pictures from the night:
